Right Team Member Spotlight - Celeste Begley, Community Relations Director

Celeste Begley is an industry veteran with over 30 years in leadership experience. She joined Right at Home in 2011. Begley holds the titles of Certified Case Manager through the Boston University School of Social Work, and Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. The Certified Dementia Practitioner credential recognizes the highest standard in Alzheimer’s and Dementia education. This certification is beneficial for today’s health care professionals as the dementia elderly population continues to rise.

Celeste is highly motivated and committed to assisting elders age in place. Begley attributes her “Why and Tenure” with Right at Home to a synergy both personally and professionally with the Right at Home Mission: “To Improve the quality of life for those we serve.” The mission is more than words – it is a goal she strives to achieve each day.

Service Experience Highlight

Celeste has been a reader for the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lawrence for the last ten years through the initiative, Hennessey School Reading Program. The program supports kindergarteners and first grade children at Hennessey School. For one hour per month, each Kiwanian in the group reads to their assigned class. During the holiday season, kindergarten children receive a special sweatshirt which has been donated in partnership by the Club and the Bank of New England. Kiwanis has been serving the Greater Lawrence, MA area for the last 90 years. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers who are focus on making a difference in the lives of children globally through service.
