Bill Osborne, Part of Real Men Wear Pink Campaign
Bill Osborne, president of Right at Home Belmont, is part of a select group, Real Men Wear Pink, of community leaders determined to raise awareness and money to support the American Cancer Society's mission and save more lives than ever before from breast cancer. The cause hits home for Bill in this endeavor, as his father was diagnosed with cancer. He also sees in working with clients affected with cancer through services his Right at Home office provides.
Right at Home Belmont partners with the VA Medical System to support aging veterans faced with cancer. Bill says, "As a veteran myself, it is imperative to me we advocate for peace of mind for these veterans and their families and rely on resources from the American Cancer Society. Cancer runs in my family, due to research collaborated by the ACS and funded by donations my father remains healthy to see his two sons, daughter, grandson and 5 granddaughters grow up, to give us all hugs, and smile along side my mother years after his cancer diagnosis."
