Cognitive Support Program
The Center of Your Universe, The Center of Our Care
Do you have a loved one living with dementia or showing symptoms of cognitive decline?
Dementia and cognitive decline are often unpredictable. Some days, he can recall stories from childhood and laugh with exuberance about his experiences. Other days, he seems to fade into withdrawal and silence and seems confused about his surroundings. You worry. You miss how things used to be. Will he wander? Can he be left alone? How can we slow these changes?
Right at Home Can Help
Together, with families and this approach, we can truly improve the quality of life for those we serve.

Gaston Alzheimer’s Community Respite Care
Need a break from caring? Receive FREE respite care.
The Gaston Alzheimer’s Community received a grant from the Community Foundation and is partnering with Right at Home Belmont to provide high-quality care for the person with Alzheimer’s/dementia so that their caregiver may engage in self-care by receiving some time to do chores like shopping, taking care of business, or just recharging from the demands of caregiving. Caregiving can be a physically and emotionally demanding role. Respite care will help to prevent caregiver burnout and improve their quality of life.
