AFA NYC conference

We (The New York City Right at Home crew)  attended the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) conference on May 13th at the NY Hilton and had an information booth at the event.

Besides the exhibition, we also participated in a number of breakout sessions to learn more about the progressive techniques to work with Alzheimer's patients and met with other Alzheimer's care professionals. The conference aimed at facilitating communication and exchange between Alzheimer's care experts, healthcare professionals and caregivers. A number of topics were covered, including clinical progression, treatments, caregiver stories and therapy through music and art.
