Indiana PathWays for Aging (PathWays) is a Medicaid initiative designed for Hoosiers aged 60 and above. This program provides the support you need as you grow older, offering health plans that give you more options to maintain your independence. PathWays allows you to receive nursing home-level care in the comfort of your own home.
