Back in October 2013, Martha joined the team at Right at Home as a caregiver. Her assignment: to care for Francis, an Air Force veteran. Now, Martha does everything she can to make sure Francis is comfortable and Francis can’t imagine a life without her. She has become attuned to Francis’s needs, anticipating his every move, and even managing to bring laughter into his daily routine. Martha’s unwavering service extends far beyond the clock. She consistently exhibits exceptional reliability, rarely taking a day off. Her punctuality is matched only by her genuine care for Francis. Whether it is selecting his clothing, ensuring his meals are just right, or dealing with the occasional mishap, Martha handles it all with grace.
