Celebrating 25 Years with The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County celebrated their 25 Year Anniversary in May 2024 and Right at Home Carroll County supported by attending this beautiful event. At the event, several political representatives and health professionals honored individuals and organizations in the county for their support and dedication over the past 25 Years.

Right at Home of Carroll County supports The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County in several ways. Our Community Relations Director, Lauren Hickey, has been Chair of the Healthy Aging Leadership Team (HALT) for the past 10 years. The HALT group consists of healthcare professionals in the area to ensure the 60+ population receives education and initiatives for a healthier lifestyle. Some of the indicators that are worked on by HALT are Heart Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, and Mental Health. The goal and vision of The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County is to achieve the highest level of health possible, and we believe in this vision and support through health screenings, education seminars, and presentations to local aging communities.
