Chamber Golf Outing Raising Thousands of Dollars for Community Awards Event and Scholarship Fund

Right at Home of Central Michigan is proud to be one of the sponsor's for the Kensington Valley Chamber's 5th Annual golf outing this summer. Over each of the past 5 years as a sponsor Right at Home has helped contribute to the event in a number of ways. Barry Paxton, President of Right at Home is a board member of the Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as small business of the year by the chamber. He has been actively involved as a outing volunteer, planning committee member and participant. Kari Olesuk, Right at Home Community Liaison is also actively involved in the both the Chamber as an Ambassador and a 5 year volunteer with the golf outing. Each year the Chamber golf outing raises thousands of dollars for the community awards event and scholarship fund. Past health care participants have been Tamara Ward from Abbey Park Senior Living, Cambria Senior Living and South Lyon Senior Care all active members in the chamber.

Opening its doors in 1961, Kensington Metropark Golf Course is the Metropark's first regulation golf course. This par 71, 6624 yard well-manicured golf course features open fairways and soft greens which give both beginners and experienced golfers the challenge they are looking for. While playing the back 9, don't forget to take a look at beautiful Kent Lake!

Event Info

Golfers will enjoy 19-8 holes of golf with cart, picnic lunch, games and surprises around each bend, a silent auction and a banquet at the end of the day.

Tee Off: 9 am
