Caregiver Appreciation

Congratulations to Dianne Noel for being Right at Home-Clarksville's Caregiver of the Month for February 2023. Dianne joined our team in June of 2021 and has been a valued employee from day one! She is one of the most dependable caregivers we have. She faithfully fulfills her accepted shifts and rarely passes up the opportunity to pick up open ones as well. When the weather is bad, she makes every effort to make her shifts, so her clients can get the best care possible. We are lucky to have her as part of our team! Congratulations Dianne!

Congratulations to Carolyn Newton for being nominated for Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for January 2023. Carolyn joined our team in February 2020 and has been a wonderful asset to our agency. Carolyn is dedicated to several clients and is more than willing to help with other shifts as needed. She is flexible with her scheduling and that means a lot to her regular clients when the needs arise. We can count on her to make her shifts weekly and her professionalism is of the highest standard. Thank you to Carolyn for being who you are and having the heart of a caregiver. We are so happy to have you as part of our team!

Congratulations to April Santos for being nominated for Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for December 2022.  Although she has only been with us for a few weeks, she has proven to be a wonderful asset to the agency.  She willingly picked up her fair share of shifts.  Her clients have been very pleased with her bubbly personality and have requested her for future shifts.  Her dedication and professionalism are two traits we love about her.  We are truly grateful April is part of our Right at Home team.

Ellen has been a caregiver for 19 years and joined our team in May 2022. In her short time with the company, she has shown dedication, compassion and willingness to jump in and help when needed. Clients and fellow caregivers praise Ellen for her attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys going to church and spending time with friends. Joy joined RAH in January 2022. ln her short time with the company, she has proven to be a caring and compassionate caregiver. Her 20 years of experience as a CNA gives her the skills and training needed to be an exceptional caregiver. Her clients describe her as being detail oriented and a breath of fresh air. She always brings a smile to the office staff when she stops by. ln her spare time, she enjoys working out at the YMCA and spending time with her son. Diana worked for Right at Home in the Nashville area before joining our location in 2015. She presents herself in a professional manner and always has a smile to share with her clients. She takes great pride in providing home care services in order to ensure each client’s needs are met while staying in their own home as long as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and supporting her hometown football team, the Denver Broncos. Congratulations Diana, we are proud to have you on our team!

Sandra May joined the Right at Home team in August 2021. She is very kind and always willing to help with her clients. She was a teacher for 30 years with military children. She previously served the community and volunteered her time as an EMT. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys the East Coast and everything to do with Lighthouses. Thank you, Sandra, for all you do to make Right at Home a great place to work and an outstanding home care agency.

Right at Home is proud to present Jessica Pratt as our Caregiver of the Month for May 2021. Jessi joined our agency in April 0f 2020. She has a gift to find a way to engage with each client. She presents herself in a professional manner and always has a smile to share. Thank you Jessi for wanting to share your heart and skills with others, and we are overjoyed you decided to be on our team to do it!

Julie joined our Right at Home team January 6, 2020. In addition to being a full time CNA, Julie is studying to be a surgical tech. She will graduate in June of 2021 and then plans to continue her education to achieve a degree in nursing. Julie continually demonstrates the ability and willingness to do what it takes to provide the best level of care for her clients. She does this with both joy and compassion. During the ice and snow storm we had in February, Julie was a source of inspiration to all of us as she volunteered to stay with a client that lived alone, making sure she was safe and well taken care of. Julie, congratulations. You take your dedication to caregiving to the next level and make such a difference in the lives you serve.

Right at Home is proud to announce our caregiver of the month March 2021, Lydia Thomas. Lydia joined the Right at Home Team in August 2014. She is a sweet, caring and easy-going person that is incredibly patient and loving with the older adults she serves. She takes a lot of pride in the home care services she provides and has great respect for this work to ensure each client’s needs are met while in the comfort of their homes. Congratulations Lydia! Joyce has been with Right at Home since 2014 and a CNA for over 30 years. She provides superb and consistent care with every client she meets. Her bright smile makes her a favorite with many . Clients have given praise to Joyce for her work ethic. Her client’s look forward to seeing her and express appreciation for all the “little extras” that she does without skipping a beat, and they say she is “always with a smile”. Joyce emulates “people first” in everything she does. She thinks often about others before herself and we couldn’t do what we do without her! She has proven her dedication year after year and we look forward to having her on our roster for many years to come. We are truly honored that she is a part of our winning team.
