Caregiving Partnership with Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square

Right at Home of Clemson is proud to announce our 2019 partnership with Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square, the newest and finest master-planned community from Dominion Senior Living in Clemson.

This innovative pilot program called Dominion Home Living will allow Right at Home Clemson Caregivers to provide in-home care services to seniors who still choose to live independently, but will benefit from life-enrichment opportunities, like socialization and meals, provided by Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square in Clemson.

Right at Home’s RightCare approach is a custom care plan based on an individual’s need analysis. Services are delivered with compassion and range from companion care to light housekeeping to helping with the activities of daily living.

The pilot will launch with a group of individuals in the first quarter of 2019 and is expected to expand to the rest of the community in the months that follow.
