New Business to Help Senior Adults Is Expanding to Seneca - The Journal

SENECA, SC — Renee Pfister grew up seeing her mother take care of family members.

“My mom had taken care of my grandma, my grandpa, her aunt and her uncle, and I watched her do that,” she said. “Once I was able to drive, I started helping as well. I would take my grandma to the bank and run errands. We’d always go out to lunch together, I would take her to the hair salon, go and get groceries for her. It was just something that was just built in my upbringing.”

Those experiences gave Pfister a passion for a business she started nearly 11 years ago — helping seniors with needs they have inside the client’s own home.

Right at Home has offices in Greenville and Piedmont and will grow to its third location in Seneca.
