Bailiff Featured in McKnight's For Winning Caregiver of the Year

Vicki Bailiff of Right at Home Des Moines was recently featured in McKnight's Home Care for winning Caregiver of the Year. Vicki told McKnight's that after her mother’s passing and losing her father within weeks of starting her job, she better understands the importance of empathy in her profession. That's why she tries to sprinkle some kindness on every client encounter. This past holiday season Vicki delivered cookies to her clients while wearing a Santa hat. It's just another way that she goes above and beyond as a caregiver.
