“My supervisor has been very supportive of me”, United States Army Reservist Ismaila Bah stated with pride on his face. “It was an easy decision to nominate Mr. Ken Helmuth, President and Owner of Right At Home In Home Care and Assistance, for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award. He accommodates my drill schedule and annual required training. I have the security of knowing that when I go off to annual training my job will be there when I return.” It is only one of many things that Mr. Helmuth ensures his military employees can count on.

Mr. Helmuth stated Ismaila is an excellent employee who takes pride in his responsibilities at Right At Home that can be easily attributed to his training received related to his military obligations. Mr. Bah continued by saying, “I truly appreciate the company’s effort and support, authorized by Mr. Helmuth, in ensuring that I am able to fulfill my service obligations regardless of the length of time or ability to notify in advance.
