Regional Caregiver of the Year Article, The Triangle Tribune
Fletcher Hester has been recognized as the Southeast Region Caregiver of the Year for his selflessness and dedication to helping others. An article in The Triangle Tribune recently showcased Fletcher and all that he does for his clients and for the Right at Home Durham Chapel Hill office.
Owner Ken Helmuth mentions in the article about how Fletcher exemplifies the Right at Home mission. “We try to really just improve the quality of life for the people we work with. Fletcher has exemplified that through and through. His approach, his ability to connect, gives him such a leg up. He’s doing it for the right reasons.”
Fletcher talks about the top thing he thinks about for clients. “The No. 1 thing is I think people in their sunset years don’t need to be bothered with trivial things. I treat others like I want to be treated. I just want to make sure I do my best for them. I’m there to help them.”
