Celebrating a Successful First Annual Christmas Carnival

This year, we were thrilled to host our very first annual Christmas Carnival for our caregivers and their families, and we’re excited to report that it was a huge success! As the holiday season approached, we wanted to create a joyful celebration for those who dedicate so much of their time and energy to caring for others.

Did We Put in Countless Hours to Prepare?

Without a doubt! Our dedicated team poured countless hours of hard work into planning, organizing, and setting up this festive event. From the initial brainstorming sessions to the final touches, we were committed to creating a memorable experience for everyone. We meticulously coordinated a variety of fun games and activities that would engage and entertain, while also preparing food, holiday treats, holiday flavored drinks and a thru hot cocoa bar.

Each detail was thoughtfully considered, from the decorations that adorned the venue to the layout of the activity stations. Our goal was to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and included, and that they left the event with lasting memories of joy and celebration. The effort and teamwork truly reflected our commitment to making this occasion special for our caregivers and their families.

Did We Go Overboard?

You bet we did! We wanted to create an unforgettable atmosphere filled with holiday cheer, laughter, and fun for all. With a variety of activities and surprises, we certainly didn’t hold back when it came to celebrating. Our HR Manager, Dawn Rivera, spearheaded the creation of this enchanting event. With her extensive experience in planning and executing parties, she brought her vision to life and truly ran with it.

Did We Go Over Budget?

Yes! At Right at Home, we firmly believe in the significance of making every event special and memorable for our caregivers and their families. We understand that these gatherings are more than just celebrations; they are opportunities to strengthen our community and express our gratitude for the tireless dedication of our caregivers. Sometimes, this commitment to creating a truly exceptional experience means stretching our budget a bit.

While we are mindful of our financial resources, we also recognize that the joy, laughter, and lasting memories generated during our carnival are invaluable.
