Senior Life Planning Symposium

In May of 2024, esteemed elder care law firm Falcon, Rappaport & Berkman, invited our very own, Jeanine Gagliano, Administrator at Right at Home South Shore Long Island, to speak at their annual Senior Life Planning Symposium, “Your Future, Your Way”. The event was designed to empower seniors and their families by providing them with vital information and resources they can use to create a comprehensive plan for their future.  It gave attendees the necessary tools to help them navigate the complexities of elder law, Medicaid planning, long-term care, and much more.

The event was held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 5199 in Oceanside, NY, and was a free community education and luncheon.  The symposium brought together attendees, industry experts, sponsors, and service providers from the area. Attendees were advised on legal steps for future planning, navigating homecare and long-term care options, protecting their assets from senior scams, and maintaining a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.  Over 50 seniors and their families were in attendence and gained valuable insights and opportunities from Jeanine and the other industry experts featured on the panel.  We are proud of Jeanine, and everyone here at Right at Home of Garden City, for the work they do to help improve the quality of life for those we serve.
