Associate Care Experts
Dr. Eboni Green
Dr. Eboni Green is co-founder of Caregiver Support Services, which provides direct supportive services to help family and professional caregivers across the lifespan. Dr. Green is the author of three books, “At the Heart of the Matter,” “Caregiving in the New Millennium” and “Reflections From the Soul.” Dr. Green’s extensive experience has focused on caregivers’ health and wellness, with an emphasis on caregiver stress, burnout and related family conflicts. She serves on the American Society on Aging’s spirituality and aging constituent group. Dr. Green assists Right at Home with specialized training and resources for Right at Home franchisees' professional caregivers, as well as family caregivers, on topics including caregiver wellness, elder care decision-making and grief support.
Dr. Diane Darby Beach
Dr. Diane Darby Beach is a gerontologist with her own practice in San Diego, California, specializing in helping older adults and their families navigate later-life transitions. Dr. Darby Beach holds a doctorate in education and a master’s degree in public health and has nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of health promotion/administration and dementia. She is a keynote presenter at numerous national and international conferences and contributes to publications such as Hospice Journal and The Journal of Gerontological Nursing. Dr. Darby Beach also writes a column for the San Diego Union Tribune focusing on aging. For Right at Home, Dr. Darby Beach is a workshop presenter and writes online articles for seniors and their families on topics including brain health and communication among the care client, family and medical teams.

Formerly the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA) is a nonprofit organization with over 2,000 member practitioners who help older adults and their families live well as they face the challenges of aging. The American Case Management Association (ACMA) is a national nonprofit, professional membership association that provides services and support to case management professionals within hospital/healthcare systems across the country. American Society on Aging in America (ASA)
The American Society on Aging (ASA) was established in 1954 as the Western Gerontological Society and works “to support the commitment and enhance the knowledge and skills of those who seek to improve the quality of life of older adults and their families.” The ASA mission closely mirrors the Right at Home mission, “to improve the quality of life for those we serve.” Today, the 5,000 ASA members are a multidisciplinary group of health practitioners, educators and other professionals who focus on the physical, social, emotional, economics and spiritual aspects of aging.
