Dementia Live at Autumn Leaves Memory Care Assisted Living

Experiencing the Impact of Dementia Symptoms

Autumn Leaves Memory Care Assisted Living will be hosting members of the Right at Home Upstate staff as presenters for a unique interactive experience called Dementia Live. This special event challenges participants' senses and helps open their eyes and hearts as they walk in the shoes of people with cognitive impairments. 

The program, called "Dementia Live" is a special educational experience designed by the AgeUcate Institute to help increase caregivers' empathy for adults with Dementia.The event is open to professionals and anyone caring for a family member or friend with dementia.
