- [1pm – 5pm] Mon – Fri, Sat – Sun
- [5pm – 10pm] Mon – Fri, Sat – Sun

- Do you have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP?
- Do you have a valid CPR Certification and First Aid Certification?
- Do you have a valid D.L. and can reliably commute to this job's location?
Your Responsibilities!
- Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
- Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise, or Walking
- Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light Housekeeping
- Occasional Transportation – errands or appointments
