New 24/7 Concierge Service:
Helps Make Life Easier and More Comfortable for Hilton Head Residents
Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah, a trusted leader in professional in-home care, is pleased to announce a new 24/7 service line to help seniors and adults with disabilities with everything they need to live successfully at home.
Concierge Services provides full access to a suite of in-home companionship, personal care, transportation, nursing, and specialty care services, plus a dedicated client care manager and registered nurse who provide additional home, personal and medical services to help make life easier and more comfortable. These services may include home maintenance and repairs, on-call nursing and patient advocacy, pet walking and care, travel planning and companionship, event planning, administration assistance, and many more support services.

To provide these extraordinary concierge experiences, Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah welcomed two new team members with tenured experience in personalized home care. Karen Kelley, CNA, CPT, Client Care Manager, is well known for providing in-home concierge care to residents in the Hilton Head and Savannah communities. Before joining Right at Home, Kelley operated a successful concierge care company, K-Kares, providing around-the-clock assistance to her clients. Heather Flowers, RN, BSN, Geriatric Care Nurse, joins Kelley. Flowers has 30 years of in-home nursing experience and will provide on-call care and medical service coordination.
This service has been especially helpful for Lacy Hendricks who lives out of state and needed extra help for her 96-year old father. What she found was an extension of her family close to home.
