"They listen to what is going on and try to accommodate my needs. They have put me to bed and fed me. They put me to bed, feed me, do the wash, clean the kitchen, give me my pills, and take me places."

She does personal care, helps me get dressed, helps me take a shower, make the bed, take care of the kitchen and if necessary, and helps with things around the house. They always call me back and give me an answer to whatever I ask them. She is reliable and available when I need her. She has a pleasant manner."

"When I described the type of caregiver I need, they search through who they have to make the appropriate fit. They have made it so she is more independent. She has been able to live in an assisted living for longer than she would have been able to. They do physical transfers in and out of the wheelchair. They accompany her to activities. They reminisce with her. They are very communicative about who is coming. If there is a change in the schedule, they let me know. The owner will introduce the caregiver. They are very professional."
