Moving Day San Jose 2018

On Saturday, June 2nd, Right at Home – Monterey Bay Area participated in the Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day. It was a great day to raise money and awareness in the fight against Parkinson’s Disease. There were 40 teams with about 400 walkers total and almost $140,000 raised! It was a great time connecting with families and letting them know what services are available to support them in addition to supporting the cause.

David Bullard, owner for Right at Home – Monterey Bay said “this is always a special time for me because I walk in memory of my grandfather who passed away from Parkinson’s Disease. Anything we can do to bring us one day closer to finding a cure or to make someone’s life more manageable living with this disease is time well spent.”
