Out and About: Skagit Senior Care Network Passport Events

Right at Home Northwest is proud to be a member of the Skagit Senior Care Network! SCN is community organization made up of a diverse group of health care and other related service providers who focus on improving communication, coordination, and effectiveness of health related services for seniors and their families throughout the Skagit Valley. In addition to the group's regular monthly meetings, held on the third Tuesday of each month at Skagit Valley's Farmhouse Restaurant in Mount Vernon, SCN member organizations host get togethers throughout the summer to showcase the fun and exciting things happening at their individual offices and facilities through SCN Passport Events. Throughout the summer of 2024, these Passport Events will take attendees on "a trip around the zoo!" where participating organizations will host animal-themed open houses.

Right at Home Northwest will be hosting our "Otter Themed" Passport Event on Thursday, August 22nd at our office near downtown Mount Vernon.
