Understanding the impact of alcohol abuse on dementia. Identifying and understanding a person with a dual diagnoses of dementia and mental illness, the challenges and best practices in providing care, and the impact on their family.

- 9am to 11am - Presentation by Mikki Firor, Gerontologist, M.S., dementia expert, educator, and president of Trovato, LLC Dementia Services.
2 Hours of CE Credit (Continuing Education Credit is pending through Commonwealth Educational Seminars for the following professions: Social Workers, Nurses, and Case Managers. CES maintains responsibility for this program and its content.)
