Dancing with the Stars for Alzheimer's

Join the Right at Home Palm Beach team at The Crest Theatre in support of the second annual Dancing with the Stars of Palm Beach to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association and The Alzheimer’s Project. The Dancing with the Stars benefit will raise awareness about the disease and raise funds for Walk to End Alzheimer’s disease.

According to The Alzheimer’s Project, studies have shown that frequent dancing has shown signs of protecting seniors from dementia. The study suggests that seniors who participate in cognitive activities such as doing a crossword puzzle, reading books, and playing cards show signs of improved memory and mental acuity.

The program will be taken place at The Crest Theatre, located at 51 N. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 1PM.
