Yoga with Parkinsons & Alzheimers Research & Education Foundation

Join the Right at Home Palm Beach team and the Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s Research and Education Foundation (PAREF) in Yoga Class instructed by Colleen Sturgess, owner and trainer at Beyond Fitness Delray. Yoga has been proven to be an effective therapy for those with Parkinson’s disease. It helps seniors with motor coordination, control, flexibility, strength, and balance.
