Our involvement with The Women Investing in Nursing Committee has proven to be a great collaborative effort between Right at Home and Methodist Hospital. WIN is comprised of a group of women committed to supporting education for all nurses at Methodist Hospital of Southern California. Nurses are at the front line of patient care and a well-trained nurse can make all the difference in the life of a patient.
Research shows that specialized nursing education helps nurses develop skills to improve patient outcomes. Funds are raised through the annual WIN Tea and individual member contributions. Right at Home’s owner and president, Renee Concialdi, is a member of the Methodist Hospital “Women Investing in Nurses” Committee. Joe is a committee member for Club 300 which supports the non-profit 5-Star Hospital. Club 300 holds two big events a year including a Gala. Methodist Hospital Mardi Gras Fundraiser
Methodist Hospital Foundation’s 25th Mardi Gras event held Feb. 25 at Santa Anita Park, crowned Dr. Jacob Fakoory as King. Revelers raised more than $165,000 toward the purchase of a new CT Scanner for the hospital!
Proceeds from Mardi Gras Food Fest 2020 will support the purchase of a CT scanner in the Hollfelder Emergency Care Center at Methodist Hospital.
