Our topic this month is "Holiday Tips for Caregivers" presented by Kimiko Kelly, MPP Alzheimer's Los Angeles

The holidays can be a stressful time for families caring for someone with Alzheimer's or Dementia. Learn about things you can do in advance to prepare for gatherings and provide a meaningful, enriching time for you, the person with dementia and your family. Kimiko Kelly is the Community Education Manager at Alzheimer's Los Angeles where she works to increase awareness about dementia and connect community members with free resources and services. She has more than 16 years of experience working to provide culturally and linguistically sensitive outreach in diverse communities. Ms. Kelly earned her Masters's in Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
