Note: Parking is validated on any level of the parking structure on the Southeast corner of Arroyo & Holly. It is across the street from the Metro Gold Line station and has tall pine trees in front of it.  Take a ticket at the entrance and park on any level including the spaces reserved for Senior Center visitors.  Bring your ticket to be validated at the Welcome Desk of the Center.

Metered street parking is available but takes either credit cards or quarters..

Our topic this month is "Rightsizing Your Move" - presented by Jim Maceo, Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  

Jim Maceo is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) serving Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Jim specializes in the transitioning needs of older homeowners, investment properties, probate sales, as well as getting buyers into their perfect home. An advocate for older homeowners living in safe and manageable living environments, Jim is a frequent speaker on topics of Aging-in-place, and the benefits of Rightsizing the home.
