Our topic this month is "Healthy Aging and Brain Health" presented by Linda Loera,Alzheimer's Association Community Outreach Specialist

Linda will share expertise, information and resources for families living with Alzheimer's and other dementias. With Linda's resources and experience with the Alzheimer's Association, she will share activities to keep your heart and brain performing optimally focusing on activities that stimulate the brain. She will also review what is normal versus not normal aging.
