Tri Community Personal Aide Care Course
Students will obtain entry level skills as a personal health care aide in either a home setting, long-term care facility, or for social services placement. This course is designed for in-home and assisted living caregivers, includes training in ethics, client's rights, and elder abuse as well as training in emergency first aid, personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
In a 96 hour course learn:
• Individualized personal care skills
• Safety & environment
• Infection control
• Consumer rights, ethics & confidentiality
• In-home & nutritional support skills
• Communication, problem solving & relationship skills
Class Fee: $80 / Scholarships Available
