The Community Care Ambassadors are a group of business professionals who share a common passion of giving back to the community by providing valuable, educational information on various life planning topics.

Rick Baptist - The Elder and Disability Law Firm

Rick has compiled years of experience in communication-centric jobs through his work history. His prior work at Public Relations firms, both in advertising and news reporting, helped to solidify his skills in writing, organization, and deadline management. In addition, he worked on several marketing campaigns and was involved in written publications in a variety of fields. This experience is well used at the firm today for his responsibilities in and out of the office.

Rick holds the unique position of being both an office manager and also representing the firm outside to its community partners. His responsibilities outside the firm include public relations and marketing, scheduling seminars, and establishing business relationships. Rick prides himself on being a conduit of information to help point both our community partners and our clients in the right direction. He frequently attends senior networking events and conventions to help further his knowledge of the industry and expand the practice.

Dan McGuire - Right at Home

Dan McGuire is the Community Liasion for Right at Home In Home Care and Assistance. Dan's passion is to help the community in every way possible and focus his efforts on implementing ideas to help the senior community age with dignity and grace. Dan has lived in the Inland Empire his entire life. Dan's love for his community shows through his involvement in being an active member in the Chamber of Commerce for the cities of La Verne, Claremont, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. Dan also founded a community organization known as Wings N Wheels which began as a result of his passion for the automotive sport industry. This organization promotes monthly community gatherings for specialty vehicle owners and enthusiasts to share their passion for their rides. Dan's heart of giving comes from his background as a Golf Professional and love for teaching the sport to many different age groups. Dan's devotion to playing lead trumpet throughout his schooling developed his adoration for music and the art of jazz and blues. Dan enjoys to see growth and new opportunities for businesses and is willing to go above and beyond for his community.

Tricia Spacher - Oakmont San Antonio Heights

Tricia is currently the marketing director at Oakmont of San Antonio Heights. She has been in the Senior Living field for many years, and has extensive knowledge and experience guiding families through the sometimes difficult maze of senior living. Tricia has a degree in Psychology and her personal approach keeps her very connected to the senior community and allows her to get very involved in the family dynamics involved with senior care. Tricia is on the committee for The Walk to End Alzheimer's and is a seasoned public speaker on the subject of senior living.

Jon McNamara - MIJAC Alarm

Born in New Jersey in 1990, Jon has always been active in his community. Whether is was sports or helping with local charities, Jon has always tried to go about his daily activity with a smile. After graduating college from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ with a degree in Finance, Jon started in the workplace with Delaware North Companies as a floor supervisor at Metlife Stadium in NJ. After spending the next year there, he had the opportunity to move to California and start a new life. He started at MIJAC Alarm in August of 2013 helping a sales manager with daily tasks. After figuring out the ins and outs of the company, Jon was given his own territory in December of the same year. Jon has come out of his shell joining the Ambassador team for the Upland Chamber of Commerce and works with the City of Ontario designing their security.

Delores Peich - Senior Solutions Professional

Senior Solutions Professionals was originated in 2012 and is owned and operated by local resident and Elder Care Advisor Delores Peich. Delores has always had a passion to help others, that's why when she had the opportunity to start this business there was no question, it was the perfect fit. Delores has extensive knowledge in this area due to working and living in the Claremont area for over 25 years. She specializes in helping families and their loved ones navigate through their ever changing living situations and needs. Because Delores cares, she is committed to providing personalized and compassionate service to you. The Staff at Senior Solutions Professional is very knowledgeable about all facets of Senior Living and can help families make educated decisions. Delores worked at the Claremont Club as Sales and marketing Director for 15 years. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce for the cities of Claremont, Up-land, La Verne, Corona and Riverside. Delores is also a member of Executive Women International and past President for two years of the Pomona Valley Chapter.
