Moments of Success: Hopeful Aging & Alternative Approaches for Alzheimer's

The conference is presented by North Shore Alzheimer's Partnership and Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter. *Denotes Contact Hours/CEUs offered for nurses, case managers, and social workers. This program has been committed to The Commission for Case Manager Certification for approval to provide board certified case managers with 1.0 clock hour. Application for social work continuing education credits has also been submitted. Closing speaker CEUs being provided by Care Dimensions.
