Rehab 365 Partners with Right at Home Boston and North MA

Right at Home Boston and North in-home care and assistance agency and Rehab 365 are joining forces to restore elder independence in Shore Village Independent Living Community in Lynn, Massachusetts.

Rehab 365 provides physical, occupational and speech therapies to patients at their own homes, clinics, and senior living communities. The rehabilitation service provider specializes in caring for people with dementia, joint pain, balance impairments and gait impairments.

Right at Home Boston and North has been operating onsite at the independent senior apartment facility Shore Village since 2015. “As the aging population grows, senior home care services and rehabilitation therapies become critical components of the care system,” says Celeste Begley, Director of Community Relations of Right at Home Boston and North. She believes that the partnership with Rehab 365 will strengthen the delivery of coordinated care to residents of Shore Village.

Besides delivering senior care services including non-medical care, personal care, companion care, medication management, skilled nursing care, end-of-life supportive care and homemaking services; Right at Home Boston and North is also dedicated to community education and helping seniors access other elder services.
