Diabetic Shoe Clinic at Colonial Gardens

The Diabetic Shoe Clinic is held annually at Colonial Gardens. All people with diabetics are entitled to one new pair of diabetic shoes and inserts every calendar year as a measure to treat and prevent future foot complications.
