"They (Right at Home) come on time and I like that I can keep track of the schedule or invoices online. They care for my loved one and they take the pressure off of me. Mary King does what my wife wants her to do, and she comes right on time. She cooks, does the house chores, makes the bed, and she massages my wife. She talks with Betty and has really bonded with my wife. The scheduler is great and they respond to me quickly. She's always enthusiastic."

"I have two really great caregivers. When they come in, they'll sit down and have a conversation and ask what is needed. I used to use them once a week, but my condition has gotten better, so I switched to every other week. I have no complaints. She's just dedicated. She likes her job, she's friendly, and she talks with me. Her work ethic is great. She's very equipped and talented. She knows my history and knows how to handle my problems. Every time I get up, she's always watching. She gets along with my cat. She has passion for the work that she does. She's very dedicated. Brian and Yolanda are great. If I have a problem, they'll handle it quickly. They always call to notify me of any schedule changes. She'll always ask what I need each day."
