Caregiver Appreciation and Annual Training 2020
Right at Home of Southern New Hampshire and Seacoast Appreciates Our Caregivers
A lot of things have changed over the past couple of months of COVID-19, but one thing that will always remain is our gratitude for the essential work that our dedicated caregivers do for the seniors of our community. Our caregivers are critical in our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve, and to help them continue to build their skills, we typically will hold a three day annual training session in our conference room. This in person training is vital in the development of our caregivers, and we certainly couldn't let the pandemic stop us from making sure our team has all of the tools needed to provide care to our valued caregivers.
So we rented a tent and moved our important training outside this year!
We decided that since we would be able to socially distance under our unusually large tent, that we would mix in some fun and show our appreciation for our caregivers at the same time. Every caregiver received a swag bag filled with treats, a Right at Home t-shirt, hand sanitizer, and more personal protection equipment to continue to help keep our caregivers and clients safe from infection in these difficult times. We all got to enjoy lunch together and even held some drawings for a wide screen TV, NutriBullet, and a couple of awesome self care baskets!
We are so thankful for our incredible caregivers and the opportunity to continue our annual training in a fun new way!
