The Foxboro Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals, families, and friends of those living with memory changes.  Join community partners Right at Home, The Residence at Five Corners, and Care Consultant – Christine Sinacola at the Foxboro Senior Center on the third Tuesday of the month from 1:30-3:00.
