July 2018 Caregiver Client Picnic
A Great Day With Caregivers and Clients
This year the picnic was in the end of July. It was a nice day: no rain, not extremely hot and no drenching humidity! Right at Home’s office staff, Care staff (who could make it) and Clients (who could make it) gathered for an open house style picnic, in a park-like setting on Lightning Dr. in Appleton, next to the Right at Home office.
It was a nice time to talk, have lunch together, catch up, caregivers to meet each other – as they are on shift alone, and usually only see those that they change shifts with, or are in an in-service together.
Some of our clients look forward to this picnic each year as well.
Beyond the food and camaraderie, the thrills went to Jenga, as people planned, tried to loosen, and laughed as they fell.
