Right at Home of St. Louis Job Fair Draws a Crowd!

Right at Home of St. Louis held its second job fair and attracted over 40 caregivers to our office to explore employment opportunities with us! With the assistance of MyCNAJobs.com to publicize the event, it was all hands on deck for the office staff to greet and assist caregivers who streamed into our office to apply for caregiver/CNA positions. 38 applications were completed; 25 caregivers and CNA’s were hired which gave us just the boost in staff that we needed to be ready for the holidays. The job fairs are really fun, busy days and having the office full of people and everyone having same conversations about our company mission, values, and what we are out to create for our caregivers and clients is so energizing for everyone! It keeps the office staff present to our shared purpose and inspires our newest members of the Right at Home of St. Louis family to want to join us and get started “improving the quality of life for those we serve.”
