Our Process
Short Staffed? Right at Home can help in a hurry!
We can help with staffing on a temporary, permanent, or emergency basis. We have trained local CNA’s and Caregivers that can fill in on a moment’s notice. We provide service throughout North County and are here to help cover shifts on an “AS NEEDED” basis or more of a long term basis (contract) to fill in for maternity leaves, medical leaves, vacations, etc. We are more affordable than most other agencies and don’t charge mileage since we employ all local staff!
