You’ve worked hard to build a wonderful life for yourself and your family. Now you need a little help, but you have no intentions of life being any less extraordinary. We want your experience with us to be just as remarkable. To make sure it is, we developed a unique five-step approach to our services.

At each step, our focus is on you. From learning about your wishes and answering your questions to creating a service plan just for you and matching you with the right companion, you are our priority. And it doesn’t stop there—we’ll be right there with you throughout the process giving you and your family the support you need. After all, you’ve worked hard to get here. 1. Develop a Client Service Profile
When you call Right at Home, we start by gathering information on how we can best help you. We’ll ask some questions to get a better understanding of your wishes. Then, we’ll arrange an in-home visit to perform a basic needs and environment assessment as well as answer any questions you may have.

2. Create a Person-Centered Plan of Care and Services
Next, we’ll craft a person-centered plan of care and services that is tailored to your needs. The plan incorporates your and your loved one’s history, routines, and preferences in order to create support activities that will provide the most benefit. We will review the plan with you in detail and modify it as you see fit.

3. Identify the Best Companion for You
Allowing someone into your home is a big step. We are honored and grateful that you put your trust in us. So, it’s important that we make the perfect companion match. We consider numerous factors such as interests, personalities, and services needed. All companions are screened, including background and reference checks. They are also bonded/insured. Of course, your comfort matters the most. If you ever have any concerns, we will work to find you a new companion.

4. Deliver Extraordinary Service

5. Provide Ongoing Support
Right at Home companions keep detailed notes so you know exactly what happened each time they provided service. Supervisory staff also make periodic visits to your loved one’s home to ensure things are going well. We can quickly adjust services if needed.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) monitors Right at Home of Middle Connecticut on a routine basis. The bureau affirmed that we continue to meet all BBB Accreditation Standards, and awarded the office with an A+ rating.
