"She (caregiver) is marvelous and does everything I want. She is very clean and has a pleasant attitude. She does the cleaning, takes me shopping, and helps me put stuff away. She shows she's a good worker by cleaning and being very polite and does everything for me. She helps me to do everything she possibly can. Anytime I need to move somewhere, she helps. She vacuums and does the dusting. When I was sick last week she took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and warm. She is compassionate."

"The girls are prompt, they come on time, and I have had no problems with them. They help by driving me to the store. They anticipate my needs. They help me with grocery shopping. They go to dental and doctor's appointments with me, vacuum, clean the kitchen and tidy up the garage. They do extra things for me, and see things that need to be done. When one of the aids get sick, they always have someone to substitute for them. I appreciate that they come on time, and that they are pleasant and helpful. "

"I feel like they are consistent and I like their help. They make my life easier by helping me with motivation when I am out of energy. They are there to help inspire me. The caregivers are good workers because they have a good perception of my needs. They help me with laundry, shopping, and transportation as needed. They show that they care by always being there and being kind and understanding. I get along with my caregiver because they are wiling to listen and I can speak about my needs."

"They show up on time and are kind. They have eyes on my mother every day to know how she is. They make sure she takes her medications, makes her bed, and ensure that she is comfortable. They are responsive to my calls and requests, and they are prompt. My mother is accepting of them and they are very nice and kind."

"The caregivers are really wonderful. It's great having the same person here every day for my mother. My mother is very blind, and she can use a walker with their help. She's in constant danger of falling over. She takes a lot of naps. I don't really deal with them (office staff) too much, but they're up front and honest. I appreciate her (caregiver) patience. Old people are slow, and she has to be patient."

"I am happy with the gal I have. I have her for three hours Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and she is just super excellent. I could not have anybody better. She couldn't be more helpful. She helps me with most everything. We do a lot of grocery shopping and that sort of thing. She helps me at home, with the dog, and with me getting exercise and walking. She does extra jobs and bits of work. She does everything. She even helps my husband who is blind. They have been helpful when we have had to switch things around at the last minute if something comes up. They are very helpful with that."
