The Arcadia/Central Phoenix office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home, Inc., a senior home care & staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Chris Slagle left the corporate world after working in travel consulting for 25+ years. Chris and Lynnette saw the need for helping seniors as their own parents are aging and want to stay in their home. The Right at Home opportunity was a perfect fit. He decided to open a franchise to reach out to an important segment of the Phoenix population as well as make a difference in the community. The opportunity to empower Arcadia/Central Phoenix seniors to stay in their own homes was very compelling.

Chris and Lynnette have lived in the Arcadia area for almost 30 years together, and Lynnette was born and raised in the area. After teaching for 9 years in the Scottsdale district, Lynnette joined the Right at Home team full-time.

Chris and Lynnette have 3 adult children, 1 grandchild and 1 energetic Black Lab.  In their free time enjoy traveling, hiking and being a part of their local church.

Tom joined the Right at Home Arcadia team in January 2020 as the Office Director. Tom was born and raised in the Arcadia area and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Organizational Communication. Tom’s background is over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Through volunteering in various ministries at his church, Tom discovered he had a passion for serving others and decided he wanted to make a difference in the community in which he grew up. In addition, upon caring for his father and other relatives in their later years, Tom became aware of the importance and need for quality in-home care to give his mother much needed respite while caring for her husband.

Aspiring to the Right at Home mission, Tom desires to be part of the solution for those in need of in-home care and assistance. Tom believes we all have the ability to change the life of another individual by the simple act of sharing of one’s time and by loving unconditionally.

Tom has been happily married for 28 years and has two adult children and an adorable dog. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his family, volunteering, music, movies and loves frequent visits to the ocean
