Jon Campbell, Owner
As Right At Home Arden's owner, Jon Campbell brings over 20 years of experience and a personal understanding of the challenges families face when caring for aging loved ones. Having successfully owned and operated two home care agencies in Florida with his wife Kristi, Jon has not only professional expertise but also personal experience in dealing with the effects of dementia. As Jon and Kristi were starting their previous home care agency, Jon’s own mother faced the struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, and this deeply personal journey shaped Jon's approach to senior care. Experiencing his father’s journey as the primary caregiver gave him a profound lesson on the difficult experience both clients and family members go through.
Jon understands the emotional toll that age-related conditions can take on seniors and their families. His commitment to delivering personalized, compassionate care is driven by his desire to provide the kind of support that he wished for his own parents. Jon ensures that each senior under his team’s care receives the attention and respect they deserve, whether it’s help with daily activities or specialized dementia care.

As a former home care business consultant, Jennifer worked closely with home care owners, staff, and caregivers to ensure seniors received exceptional care. She focused on hiring and training caregivers who were the perfect fit for each client’s specific needs, offering families peace of mind through compassionate, reliable care.
