Right at Home has been doing a good job and the caregivers seem authentically compassionate and kind. They've helped the most with scheduling because of the challenges of 24/7 care. We are very pleased with our caregivers promptness. My husband has dementia but seems very comfortable with them. I don't have a routine schedule every week so scheduling is a challenge, but try very hard to honor our requests and/or match us up. I am getting up there in years and was really in need of help. I have to lift my husband and take care of the house. My kids told me I needed to do something different, to get some help. Our Right at Home caregiver does all the house work for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and our caregiver was good, but needed a bit more training. Right at Home immediately gave her added training. It was like the next day she came in and had it all under control.
