Brian Maroney - Owner

My wife Christina and I decided to open a Right at Home office because we were looking to be part of something that really mattered and met a need in the world. For the past fifteen years, I have owned businesses within the retail industry. Ever since our identical twin boys Connall and Jamy were born we knew we wanted to make a change. When the opportunity arose to become a part of Right at Home everything fell into place. Being a Right at Home owner is a perfect way to give back to the community by offering a much needed service while giving us a career we can be proud of.

Rosalie Mocco, Director of Nursing

I have been in nursing for more than 60 years. I began my career working with the mentally challenged with medical complication and then spending the other half of my career teaching nursing. I loved teaching in all fields, including a hospital based nursing school, then at the college level and finally found my passion working in a local vocational school where for 17 years I was in charge of the LPN program which allowed me to teach both in the classroom and clinical areas. Loved it! Then came retirement, then came reality. "I miss nursing and have years of knowledge and shills to share with patients and others." My quest eventually led me to the thought that 'I have saved the best for last' - becoming part of the Linwood Right at Home family.

Aida Beza-Hysner, Operations Manager

Aida has been with Right at Home Atlantic County since 2009. Aida started as the Staffing Coordinator when it was only her and the owner, Brian Maroney, as the office staff. She has worked as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Med Tech for over 15 years in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities and hospitals. Aida has been married to her best friend, Steve, for over 15 years has a 12 year old daughter, Christina, who wants to be a Veterinarian Nurse someday. Aida is first generation Puerto Rican American born in New Jersey and recently became the first college graduate in her family. Aida loves cooking, spending quality time with her family and being creative. Aida's hobbies include karate, being a member of the Latino Club and the Historical Society of Egg Harbor City, and running The Community Closet of Egg Harbor City from her home. Aida is working and hoping to someday make "The Closet" into a non-profit.

Karen Woods, Staffing Coordinator
