A Letter From Right at Home Linwood, NJ Owner
April 23, 2020
I wanted to take a moment to recognize how proud I am of our Right at Home family and to express my gratitude for the contributions each of you make, every day, in service to our communities, our clients, and our caregivers.
These past weeks, now going on months, have been some of the most trying times I have personally lived through. I have tried to keep my head down and keep working hard to ensure the safety of our clients, our caregivers and our entire team.
Today I found myself with a few moments to think and I felt overwhelmed by the realization that not one caregiver, RN, or one person from our office staff has ever bowed or cowered to this pandemic.
Each and every one of you has gone above and beyond to continue to assist those we serve and have done so with a positivity and an energy that truly amazes me.
We serve the most vulnerable population in our community. Because of your efforts our clients and caregivers have remained safe and hopeful knowing that we are here for them. The determination, integrity, courage, and resilience you have shown in the face of this crisis is an inspiration to me and I am proud to be connected with people as caring, committed and wonderful as each of you.
There is a quote from Winston Churchill that I feel is fitting for these times, "Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts." I would like to thank all of you for your courage in the face of adversity and your compassion to continue caring for our clients who put their trust in us.
I know we will come out on the other side of this and better times are ahead. I know I will look back with admiration on what we as a team - our Right at Home family - have accomplished together.
Stay Safe,
Brian Maroney
