At Right at Home, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Our caregivers are the most important part of that mission. We look for, and hire amazing people to join our team, and provide you and your family with the very best care. We recognize the hard work, compassion, and dedication that all of our caregivers bring to work with them each and every day, but we also want to recognize those that go above and beyond, by celebrating them with the CareTeam Member of the Month award.
To earn a CareTeam Member of the Month award, a caregiver must do all of the expected things to help deliver our mission to you and your family. One CareTeam Member is chosen by Operational Management each month. To become the CareTeam Member of the Month, a caregiver must be a great ambassador of Right at Home. They must love their client and being a part of our CareTeam. A CareTeam Member of the Month get excellent feedback from their client, families, or a case manager, and go above and beyond in some way to improve the quality of life for their client or our team, like by picking up emergency shifts. They must be a positive example for fellow CareTeam Members.
Not only does the award winner receive a Right at Home Bag, Shirt, Caregiver of the Month Pin, Blanket and a cool mask, but they also are awarded a $200 gift card as a thank you for all of their efforts.
