Dementia Live at the Landmark at Longwood

On July 10, 2019, Right at Home Boston North will be presenting the Dementia Live™ program at the Landmark at Longwood for health professionals. The Dementia Live™ program offers an inside-out understanding of dementia and aging, plus it will include learning about tips and tools to improve communication and care. Please allow two hours for this engaging and remarkable experience. Refreshments will be served.

Two CEU credits will be available to Social Workers, Certified Case Managers, and Registered Nurses.
